How to Register:

To register for the UIA2014 Congress in Durban, a registration form must be complete and returned to the Congress Organizers together with your payment.

Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 25 July 2014. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instruction for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must register.

Payment:

Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), and include 14% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form. Major credit cards or bank transfers are acceptable.

*Student Delegates: To qualify for this category of registration you must provide documentary proof of your enrolment with a recognised training institution.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?

Delegate registration fee includes:

Admission to the Scientific Programme; entry to the Exhibition; Abstract Book; Congress Bag;Final Programme; Certificate of Attendance; Tea/Coffee Breaks; Opening Ceremony; Welcome Cocktail reception.

Accompanying Person registration fee includes:

Admission to the Opening Ceremony; Welcome Cocktail Party; Tea/Coffee and an Accompanying Person's Bag.

One Day Only Registration fee includes:

The 1-day option is for South African residents only.

Includes: Admission to the Scientific Programme and Exhibition on the selected day; a copy of the Final Programme; a Certificate of Attendance and Tea /Coffee breaks.

Excludes: Congress Bag; Abstract Book; lunch; Social Functions.

What is not included in the Registration Fee?

  1. Special catering requirements.
  2. Admission to Social Events.
  3. Any other items not mentioned.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of ZAR400 will be charged for all cancellations received before 31 March 2014. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 March 2014.
